Jesus Crucified Between Two Thieves

In his death, the Lord Jesus Christ was numbered with the transgressors. By him all things were created, visible and invisible and yet there he was nailed to a wooden cross between two thieves. We are not even told their names. You have to understand who Jesus is to see the contrast. Both of those thieves began abusing Christ verbally, but one repented and confessed his faith.
