Our motto as shown above has been displayed outside our church building for many years. It is based on St Paul's immortal words from 1 Corinthians 1:23. Our prayer is that Jesus Christ is uplifted and exhalted when we meet for worship together.
What is the chief end of man?
The chief end [or purpose] of man is to glorifiy God and enjoy Him forever; so says The Shorter Catechism.
Those words are as true today as they were when they were written centuries ago. Times change but God changes not.
